At Bella’s 18th birthday party at the Cullens’ house, she gets a paper cut, and Jasper attempts to attack her. The Cullens decide it would be better for Bella’s safety if they left, so they get away from Forks, leaving Bella heartbroken. She finds solace in family friend Jacob Black, who incidentally is a werewolf. But before Edward left, he made Bella promise she wouldn’t do anything reckless or stupid but, as he’d already broken his promise to ‘be there for as long as she wanted him’, she decides to break her promise. She goes cliff-diving, which makes Edward think she has killed herself, although it was purely for recreational purposes. So Edward travels to Italy, to provoke the Volturi so they will kill him. Alice finds Bella, and they begin a race to the Italian city of Volterra to stop him.

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is an upcoming 2009 fantasy-adventure film, based on the novel of the same name by J. K. Rowling. It is the sixth film in the popular Harry Potter films series. It is directed by David Yates, the director of the fifth film, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. David Heyman and David Barron are producing the film, and Steve Kloves, screenwriter of the first four films (but not the fifth), has returned as screenwriter for this film.Filming began on 24 September 2007, and the film was originally planned for a UK and North American release on 21 November 2008, but on 14 August 2008, it was announced that the release date for the film was to be delayed to 17 July 2009, but this date was later changed to 15 July 2009. Like the previous film, the sixth film will be simultaneously released in regular cinemas and IMAX 3-D, however in the latter, rumours suggest that under 25 minutes of the actual film will be in 3D.

Fast & Furious (also known as Fast & Furious 4 in other countries) is the fourth film in The Fast and the Furious film series. It is an interquel, set between 2 Fast 2 Furious and The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift. The film was released in the United States on April 3, 2009. The plot connects with the original film of the series from which Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Michelle Rodriguez, and Jordana Brewster reprise their roles. The film was directed by Justin Lin, who also directed the third installment of the series, The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift.

Hannah Montana: The Movie is the film adaptation of the American teen sitcom Hannah Montana, released in theaters. Filming began in April 2008, much of it occurring in Columbia, Tennessee, and Los Angeles, California,  and has been completed as of July 2008. The film was released on April 10, 2009 in the United States and Canada.

The Movie stars Miley Cyrus as Miley Stewart with her alter-ego Hannah Montana, as her life is becoming out of control, so her dad Robby Stewart (Billy Ray Cyrus) takes his daughter back home to Tennessee. Miley’s friend Lilly helps her keep a secret while in Tennessee and Miley meets Travis (Lucas Till), a friend from Miley’s childhood. Miley/Hannah has the best of both worlds but now she has to pick one.

In the box office, Hannah Montana: The Movie breaking the second highest opening weekend for a Musical film behindHigh School Musical 3: Senior Year with $34 million, and became #1 at the box office.

Walking through the door and then venturing through an eerie passageway, she discovers an alternate version of her life and existence. On the surface, this parallel reality is similar to her real life–only much better. The adults, including the solicitous Other Mother, seem much more welcoming to her. Coraline is more the center of attention there–even from the mysterious Cat. She begins to think that this Other World might be where she belongs. But when her wondrously off-kilter, fantastical visit turns dangerous and Other Mother schemes to keep her there, Coraline musters all of her resourcefulness, determination, and bravery to get back home–and save her family.

I don’t know where my boyfriend got this but he’s very kind enough of letting me see this heart warming, father-daughter story and a very thrilling scenes and intelligent moves of Liam Neeson to save her daughter’s life. It was really impressive and worth it!

ARK or Act of Random Kindness is the key to change the world.

The above is the meaningful thought that the comedy-religious movie, Evan Almighty left me tonight.

I was bored to death and feeling exhausted so I grab myself in front the monitor and watch a movie. And Viola! I got movies in my torrent queued and it was Evan Almighty who finished the download first, just perfect for my craving body and soul for some unwinding moments.

Yes. The movie was fun and I love the presentation of ARK’s acronym.  It was too perfect that lead my fingers typing to my blogsome editor and blog about it though I just have some mood-contradicting thoughts in my head. Thoughts like, was the presentation of having fun of a biblical icon acceptable?

I searched over at Google — oh well, I am a Google SE User friendly, typed the keywords Evan Almighty reviews — and whooah, I landed to a lot of negative reviews guys! Were they too sensitive or am I too senseless that I found the movie fun and appealing for families? Leaving that experience of funny moments with lessons instilled? That was how the movie registered to me but I know we have different perception and I may have perceived the movie too far from what most people do. But the fact that I enjoyed it, I was able to attain my goal for tonight — and that is to unwind!
