On February 6, 2011, Christina Aguilera will sing the US National anthem ahead of the NFL showpiece game. Christina Aguilera is known for her powerful voice and singing the national anthem for super bowl is a dream comes true for her.

According to the five-time Grammy-winning singer/songwriter, "I have been performing the anthem since I was seven years old, and I must say the Super Bowl is a dream come true, I am really excited to be part of such an iconic event."

Christina Aguilera had been part of Super Bowl on the year 2000 with Enrique Eglesias. This is the second appearance of the Burlesque star at the Super Bowl.

Along with Christina Aguilera, Black Eyed Peas will also perform during the halftime. The game will take place in Arlington, Texas, and is expected to draw audiences from around the world.
It’s Aguilera’s turn now to do that “The Star-Spangled Banner” before the big game in Dallas on February 6. Carrie Underwood did it last year.

The pop superstar Britney Spears is back to the limelight with her new single “Hold It Against Me” . The new single has been released in the midnight of January 11, 2011.

Of all the songs she has in the past, the new single “Hold It Against Me” is the most catchy one. Of course, there is still the touch of pure pop ecstasy, but because of her vibrant voice, the new single has some kind of bouncy beat which makes it catchier and you just feel like dancing when you hear this song.

Britney Spears has been so good with her previous dance hits, but this new single will take her career to the new level of sexiness. I believe and I am pretty positive that this could be the hottest and the best pop track of the year 2011.
The new single “Hold It Against Me” will be included in the popstar’s newest album which will be released this coming March 2011. The studio album is still untitled but I am sure that the single “Hold It Against Me” is too powerful to carry the album to the market.
